Home Stretch

Hey, y'all!
We have to say Y'ALL because we're back in the South (as if we didn't say it before).

We know we haven't been giving you the blow-by-blow you're accustomed to on this trip, but we've been collecting some awesome stuff along the way. And hopefully all will be forgiven when we finally put it up here. Our plate has been just a wee bit full. Today we head out from Memphis, TN to Jackson, MS, where we'll have a night before we hit the oily, swampy ground in Nola.

So, thanks for hangin' in with us (we miss you all terribly!) and we'll have some juicy-ness for you soon.

PS: If anyone out there prays (and you know who you are - both of you), please send up a flare for cool weather on Friday. That's the day our veloci-labs, Varuca and Violet, are to fly in. (god bless you, Maevey) If it's over 85 degrees they'll have to reschedule. And it ain't gettin' no cooler in Nola. `Specially once we hit town.
